Jack's first trip to England

On March 6 we took off for O'Hare for Jack's very first plane journey to England. This is a picture of Jack while we were waiting for our boarding passes at check-in.
We went to sit down for a bit and have a drink - we thought Jack might take a bit of a nap, but he didn't. We took these just before we got in the security line.We went through security and we had to put everything on the belt including bags, stroller, carseat, shoes, and all of our liquids we had to have in clear baggies so they could check them. They confiscated Jack's bedtime lotion, Mark's deodorant and our toothpaste because they were over the 3 oz minimum. We understand that they have to do it, but our stuff was maybe 1 oz over. Oh well, we know for next time. We had a few hours to kill so Jack just played on the floor at the gate. Luckily we were able to get a bassinet seat along with 4 seats so that was fantastic. Our question of the trip was - where's Jack's nuk?

Just playing with my wipes.

Everyone couldn't believe he hadn't made a sound through the whole flight. We were definitely lucky.
