Well the summer of 2009 ended way too quickly I think. Jack turned 2 and time flew, even more than normal. We were able to take more bike rides this summer though and Jack had a blast. We rode out to Rush Creek park one day and took these next 3 photos which are fantastic! We have photos just like this from a year ago when he was just 1. Unbelievable how fast Jack is growing.
Then we were able to go to our neighbor's house across the street for a lovely swim in the hot weather. Jack loved it and had tons of fun. Looking forward to going to Florida in February 2010.
This is Jack getting caught sneaking into Gramma's fridge-so he flashed me his cheesiest smile.
And this would be Jack getting caught digging into the cereal - you know when your toddler is into something when it's far too quiet.
August 2009 also marked a milestone for us. We signed Jack up for Mother's Day Out 1x a week - we now call it school and he absolutely loves it. Couldn't believe he was old enough to do something like that.
After I picked him up from school - I took Jack to the park to play and have lunch, then went to the library.
Every year we go up to Cedarburg, WI for their annual Wine & Harvest Fest - we meet Gramma up there and walk around and just enjoy each other's company and people watching. We had a great time.
